I am still suffering with them too. I ordered a camera worth more than 2k and they asked me to provide passport copy and utility bills. I asked my bank and they advised me to stop the purchase but it was too late as they have debited my account already. Three weeks after, I am still either waiting for the refund and my credit card company is processing it as a fraudulent attempt.
Shame that when I searched for reviews when I was about to buy from them, this blog didn't show up. My google check-out also didnt work when I tried to purchase what I wanted. Their Newbury and Nottingham address are ghost addresses. Their address in HongKong is also dodgy.
BEWARE! I am concerned that this company has the smell of organised crime. They deal with grey imports and may not be paying customs taxes. They ship from different places in the UK to avoid this tax-evading and illegal trade practice.
